Perkins Stables boarding is a luxury equestrian experience in Lenexa, Kansas. We are dedicated to making you and your horse a priority and focus on providing the best conditions for your horse to remain healthy and happy. Horses are fed and viewed several times a day. Our barn is equipped with both an automatic fly repellent system, as well as heaters. Both indoor and outdoor boarders are welcome to use our amenities that include two large indoor arenas, an outdoor arena, six wash racks with both hot and cold water, several tack-up stalls, a private locker in one of our locker rooms, access to our Boarder's Lounge and more!​

Our premier indoor boarding offers top-tier comfort and care for your horse. Each spacious 12’ x 12’ stall features an automatic waterer, fan, durable rubber mats, an automatic fly spray system, and full heating during the winter for ultimate comfort. Boarding includes daily turnout when weather permits, three nutritious meals daily, and a final night check every night.
O U T D O O R B O A R D I N G
Each lot/pasture includes an automatic waterer and a run-in shed for shelter, ensuring your horse’s comfort in all seasons. Horses are fed grain & supplements twice daily, with round bales provided in the winter or year-round in dry lots. Outdoor boarders also have full access to our top-tier indoor facilities, including round pens, arenas, tack-up stalls, and wash bays. This option provides the perfect balance of open space and premium amenities.
